Zachary David George was born on February 16, 1979, in Forks Washington to David and Linda George. Zach passed away on January 10, 2023, after an almost 4-year battle with cancer. Zach had planned on writing his own obituary, but lucky for some of you, your secrets remain safe. Zach grew up in Forks and graduated in 1997. He married Lori West in 2000 and they had one son, Thomas. This marriage ended in divorce. He married Patty Brewer in 2005 and gained her daughter Makayla. They also divorced.

When he got engaged to his 3rd wife, we joked about him trying to beat his grandmother’s record of 5 marriages. He married Aislinn Anderson in 2010. They had 2 children, Wynter and Kodah. They separated in 2015. Although still married they carried on separate lives and Aislinn had 2 more children with her partner Nathan, and Zach met Shelby Ortiz. They were engaged in 2017. Shelby was by his side through his cancer diagnosis and stem cell harvesting. I’m sorry to say I am not aware of when they broke up. Obviously, a fan of the ladies, Zach got back together with his second wife Patty in July of 2022 and she was with him until his death.

He is survived by his mother, Linda George; step-father Donald W. Duncan; 3 children, Thomas, Wynter and Kodah ; Sister, Rebecca Hamlin; Girlfriend, Patty Brewer; as well as a trail of broken-hearted exes.
