For the second consecutive year, fifth and sixth-grade girls’ teams from Forks will take on Neah Bay at halftime of the championship game of the UW Husky Classic. A select youth league team coached by Forks Varsity boys coach Rick Gooding will receive VIP tickets to both games of the Husky Classic on Sunday, Dec. 16.
Boise State, Montana and Saint Francis of Philadelphia and the Huskies will participate. The third- and fourth-place game tips off at 1 p.m., the championship game at 4 p.m. The Forks girls will scrimmage the Neah Bay Warriors at halftime of the championship game.
Tickets can be purchased for $10 for family members and fans in a select section at Hec Ed Pavilion. Fans can contact Rick Gooding and game day Supervisor Oly Archibald for game information. The Clallam Bay girls varsity team has also been invited to watch the tournament.
