“Penn Men” basketball camp held at A-Ka-Lat Center

Spartan athletes Tyler Penn and Jonah Penn (standing behind their campers) ran their “Penn Men” senior project basketball camp over Forks High School’s spring break. The two Forks High School basketball players ran a three-day basketball camp at the A-Ka-Lat center in LaPush, on Wednesday, April 4 through Friday, April 6. They coached three groups of young players raning in age from 9 a.m. to noon for kids age 11 and under, and from 1 to 4 p.m. for kids 12 and up. The boys went over fundamental drills and played competitive games to work on skills and ball handling. The boys gave new basketballs to the winners of a free throw shot competition.
